We had a fantastic day on Friday down in Bluebell participating in our school soccer blitz. It was a beautiful sunny day and some great football was played. The children all participated and were excellent in their team work. Thank you to the crew IN Bluebell for looking after us so well and for providing such a fantastic facility for us to play in.
Our active schools team headed for a hike in the mountains on Tuesday. Everyone enjoyed a great day out and most of the team even went for a swim in the river on a particularly cold day for June . Mark our community Garda was very impressed by their effort and brilliant attitude.

Junior Infants were excited to see the Sam Maguire in their classes recently. The cup was as big as some of the children and we might have some future Dublin players in our classes. They love their PE lessons and loved when Dean coached them in Gaelic football too.
Junior Infants made chocolate nests for Easter and for some the temptation to eat was too big. Earlier in the year they loved making, decorating and eating their Gingerbread Men.
